About Gala Bristol Fishponds
Gala Bingo Fishponds is a large venue with seating for 1,000, parking for 100 cars, and full disabled access and facilities, including hearing loops.
The club has traditional Bingo and over 200 electronic Bingo terminals, and there are daily specials, lots of promotions, and great prizes on offer every day.
The club prides itself on being a social one and celebrates all the big events, and there is a bar and a café serving good value food and beverages, plus a gaming area, and a smoking shelter.
The area got its name from being a quarry district, and when they were filled in many fishponds were created. Only one was left by the mid-1970s, and was a popular swimming location, but is now a private angling club.
