About Mecca Edinburgh

Mecca Bingo Leith is located in an old converted cinema on Manderston Street, near Edinburgh Waverly tube station, and serviced by numerous bus routes including numbers 1,7,14,16,21,22,25,32,35,36, and 49.

The club is very social and celebrates all the big events, and is very proactive on Facebook, so follow them to find out all the news and what’s happening – because there’s a lot!

There is also a bar and café serving good value food and beverages, there’s seating for 1,176, 50 electronic Bingo terminals, free ATMs, and disabled facilities available.

The club is based in the site of the Leith Capitol Theatre and Cinema, which opened in 1928, and was one of the biggest cinemas in Scotland. The cinema closed its doors in 1961 and shortly after started its new life as a Bingo hall.
